The Striking Academy, by age.

From first-timers to fighters. Kids grow through three tiers of our Youth Striking Academy, and teens and adults train kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA on a real path toward a black belt.

Little Strikers class for ages 4 to 6
Ages 4–5 · Building Foundations

The first step onto the mat. Little ones build coordination, focus, and confidence through age-appropriate striking games and structure.
